Payment & Delivery Policy
Orders and Billing
Each order submitted to LO constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. Processing of the order by LO shall be considered confirmation and acceptance.
For invoicing purposes, the Customer must provide complete and accurate billing information, including the shipping address for the invoice.
Order Fulfilment
Orders will be fulfilled within the timeframes specified on the website. Deliveries within Pakistan are normally completed within 5 to 7 working days.
If LO is unable to fulfil the order due to unavailability of the requested product(s), the Customer will be informed at the earliest possible time and provided with an estimated delivery date.
In case of breakage, stock depletion, or product unavailability, LO will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the date when the product will become available. The Customer may confirm via email or WhatsApp whether they prefer to wait for the product or request a refund.
Product Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order. Shipments are made only after payment confirmation.
For bank transfers, orders are processed once funds are credited to the LO’s bank account. For payments made by credit card, the order is confirmed once the transaction is verified by the card issuer.
Upon request via email or WhatsApp, a Customer may switch from Cash on Delivery (COD) to bank transfer by sharing proof of payment (such as a screenshot).
Payment Terms
Payment for any order placed with Loralai Olives (LO) is due at the time of order confirmation.
The Customer agrees to pay the full amount of the selected product(s) as shown on the LO website, including product price and any transport or shipping costs.
LO accepts the following secure payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Advance Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is authorized to make payment using the selected method. For payments via bank transfer, LO’s bank details will be provided at checkout or in the order confirmation email.
If payment is not received within 10 calendar days of order confirmation, Loralai Olives reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Please note that orders will be processed and shipped only after payment has been fully confirmed.
