- Natural Cloudiness: At lower temperatures (below 10°C), the oil may appear slightly cloudy or thickened. This is a natural characteristic of high-quality EVOO and not a defect. Once returned to the ideal temperature range, it will regain its clear, liquid state.

Sedimentation: LO’s EVOO undergoes only physical filtration. As a result, you may notice slight sediments along the sides or at the bottom of the bottle, this is completely natural and a sign of minimal processing. Therefore, it is recommended to shake well before use.

The aroma, taste and slight nutty flavour reminded me of Iliada, a Greek brand producing high quality extra virgin olive oils of different varieties. LO’s effort to produce premium oil is impressive, and if you want to experience the true nature of olive extract, give it a try. Overall quality of olive oil is very close to Atlas (Morocco), Old Mill (Tunisia) and Iliada (Greece)
